1. For how many people you can make conference booking?
Min. 10 participants.
Max group of participants you can book conference for is showed next to the button "number of participants".
2. How could you book 1-day conference without accommodation?
To make conference booking without accommodation (conference service I), you have to fill in the period form "beginning day" and "last day" and expected hours of using conference rooms.
3. What is included in conference service I?
Conference service I include: conference room, 2 coffee breaks and dinner.
4. How to make 1-day conference with accommodation for all participants?
To make 1-day conference with accommodation (conference service II), you have to fill in the period form "beginning day" and "last day" and expected hours of using conference rooms.
When you put as the finish hour the later hour than 9 a.m. but no later than 6 p.m., it means that you make additional booking for conference service I (ad 2).
5. What is included in conference service II?
Conference service II include: conference room, 2 coffee breaks, dinner, supper and accommodation with breakfast.
6. How to pay for the conference service?
Conference service I - if there is less than 20 days prior to the initial commencement date of the service the payment should be guarantee by valid credit card or by electronic money transfer. Traditional money transfer is possible when there is more than 20 days the payment.
Conference service II - if there is less than 50 days prior to the initial commencement date of the service the payment should be guarantee by valid credit card or by electronic money transfer. Traditional money transfer is possible when there is more than 20 days the payment.
7. Are there in the conference services rates VAT tax included?
Yes, there is Vat tax included in the conference services rates.
8. How to make any changes regarding stay for each participant?
To make booking for earlier arrival or to extend stay you have to send the information using booking form "special instruction" or directly make booking via hotels reservation system on the main site www.konferencja.net.pl - hotels reservations.
9. How to book additional services which are not included in the main conference offer (service I and II)?
Every additional service you could book using the reservation form in the part special instructions.
10. How to check, change or cancel your booking?
You have to login using the "check your reservation" button, than you will see a list of your reservations. On the right side of the list there are proper forms:
View - enable to check present booking
Change - enable to make any changes in you booking
Cancellation - enable to make cancellation
History - enable to view whole correspondence regarding selected booking.
11. Is there the possibility to negotiate the rates?
